What changes when we place human life in a broader context?

Exploring what becomes possible when we begin to understand our experience through the intersection of psychology, science, and spirituality

Most of us are taught to understand our lives through psychological and material frameworks.

And while these frameworks are valuable, they are often incomplete.

They can explain how we think, feel, and behave; but not always why human experience feels the way it does, or what it might mean in a broader sense.

There is a growing body of scientific and psychological insight pointing towards something deeper.

A context in which human experience is not random, isolated, or purely biological, but part of a more expansive system that we are only beginning to understand.

This space exists to explore that possibility.

Not as belief or doctrine, but as a lens. One that has the potential to change how we relate to suffering, meaning, and the nature of our lives.

Hi, I’m Tatiana!

I’m a psychologist exploring the intersection of psychology, science, and spirituality, and what becomes visible when we begin to understand human experience within a broader context.

My work sits at the meeting point of these domains, not to merge them into something new, but to examine what they reveal when considered together. Over time, it became clear to me that many of the questions people carry, about suffering, meaning, and the nature of their experience, are not fully answered within any single framework.

This space is an extension of that inquiry.

It draws on both clinical practice and long-standing engagement with spiritual and philosophical traditions, but is not positioned as a pathway, method, or belief system. Instead, it is an exploration - one that looks at how different lenses shape the way we interpret our lives, and what changes when that lens expands.

Through writing, podcast conversations, and occasional live sessions, I explore the psychological and scientific insights that point toward a wider context for human experience, and the implications this may have for how we understand ourselves.

If you find yourself questioning the frameworks you’ve been given, or sensing that there may be more to human experience than can be easily explained, you’re likely in the right place.

Questions That Guide This Work

What changes when we place human life in a broader context?

Are psychological and biological explanations sufficient to fully account for human experience — or do they point toward something more?

What is happening during spiritual or transcendent experiences, and why do they have such profound effects on the mind and body?

Is suffering simply something to be reduced, or does it take on a different meaning when viewed within a wider frame?

What becomes visible when we begin to question the assumptions we’ve been given about the nature of life?

How might science and psychology be beginning to reveal aspects of reality that have historically been described in spiritual terms?

These questions don’t aim to provide fixed answers, but to open up new ways of seeing.

Integrated Wisdom Podcast

A different way of understanding human experience.

The Integrated Wisdom Podcast explores what changes when we look at life through a broader lens.

Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, and deeper questions about meaning and consciousness, each episode examines the frameworks we use to understand ourselves — and what becomes visible when those frameworks expand.

This isn’t about replacing existing models.

It’s about seeing clearly what they illuminate….and what they leave out.
