A professional training for therapists ready to be part of the future of mental health
Traditional therapy has given us brilliant frameworks for symptoms-relief, skills, and evidence-based care.
But more and more, our clients are not only asking for symptom relief - they’re searching for meaning, purpose, and connection.
They bring existential questions into the room, such as:
Who am I beyond my trauma? How do I make sense of suffering in the world? Where do I find meaning?
And when these questions surface, you may feel the weight of them. Maybe you:
notice when clients bring spiritual language into session, but feel unsure how to respond.
want to lean in, but worry about stepping outside scope or risking professional credibility.
notice that certain sessions stay with you long after they’ve ended, and you wish you had stronger energetic boundaries to protect your own wellbeing.
sense that something is missing in how our field is taught and practiced.
This doesn’t mean you’re unprepared as a therapist. It means our profession is standing at a threshold.
The question is no longer “Should spirituality be part of therapy?”
It’s “How do we integrate it ethically, responsibly, and well?”
That’s why I created The Conscious Therapist.
More Than Professional Development — A Movement
This training isn’t just another CPD course.
The Conscious Therapist is part of a larger movement to bring the spiritual dimension of healing back into therapy - with clarity, integrity, and evidence.
Research now confirms what many humans have always known: spirituality is a vital dimension of wellbeing and flourishing. Our clients are already asking for it. Our field is slowly waking up to it.
The Conscious Therapist is designed to equip you to meet this shift.
Here, ethics anchor us. Evidence strengthens us. Clinical practice expands.
And the therapist’s own presence is protected and resourced.
Because the future of therapy isn’t just about symptom relief.
It’s about connection and wholeness, in a time when the world is aching for depth and meaning.

Tatiana's knowledge and passion for integrating science and spirituality is palpable and inspiring. I would highly recommend 'The Conscious Therapist' course for those wanting to grow their confidence and skills in bringing spirituality into the therapy room.
– Dannielle, Clinical Psychologist, Canberra

About Your Facilitator
Hello and welcome — I’m Tatiana, Registered Psychologist and Spiritual Educator based in Sydney. I also host the Integrated Wisdom podcast, where I explore the meeting place of psychology, science, and spirituality.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the spiritual dimension of life, including exploring the questions of meaning, connection, and the mystery that shape the human experience. Over the years, both in my own practice and with countless clients, I’ve seen how bringing spirituality into the therapeutic process can be profoundly healing.
Advances in neuroscience have started to help us understand why this is the case and it now confirms what many of us intuitively know: spirituality is a vital dimension of wellbeing, in all its facets. And yet, most therapists have never been trained to navigate it with confidence. That’s where my passion lies - helping therapists strengthen their own spiritual grounding and showing them how to ethically integrate this dimension into their work in a pragmatic and evidence-based way.

I believe therapists no longer need to feel split between their scientist-practitioner selves and their spiritual selves. Instead, we can stand whole; grounded in research, clear on ethics, and open to leading our clients to the fullness of human flourishing.
That’s why I created The Conscious Therapist. Together, we’re not just learning new skills; we’re shaping a movement toward a therapeutic practice that honours both evidence and spiritual wisdom.
Thank you for being here, I can’t wait to walk this path with you.

Pathways for ongoing supervision and development
Every therapist arrives at this training for different reasons. Some are here because they feel called to expand their practice and meet clients more deeply. Others may be here because they want to strengthen their ethical frameworks and professional safeguards.
Both are valid.
That’s why there are two pathways:
The Light Tier gives you the essential research, ethical frameworks, and core decision-making tools you can immediately draw on in your practice. Modules are released weekly (on Mondays), an intentional pacing designed to support reflection and integration. This way, you’re not just consuming information, but gradually weaving it into how you think and practice
The Full Program is designed for therapists who want to go further — to embody this integration through live case practice, community dialogue, and personalised feedback. Alongside the weekly modules, you’ll also join Friday practice labs. You’ll receive the complete Integration Compass toolkit, including informed consent templates, scope-of-practice discernment tools, and case formulation resources, so you can put this work into practice with clarity and confidence.
Both tiers offer a path to becoming more confident and ethical in working with spirituality.
The difference is in how you want to learn, and what feels most supportive for where you are right now

How the Training Runs
The training is designed to balance structure with spaciousness — giving you the consistency of weekly learning, without overwhelm.
The training is designed to balance structure with spaciousness — giving you the consistency of weekly learning, without overwhelm.

Modules are released every Monday starting 13 October 2025. These short, focused teaching videos are paired with your workbook, so you can engage at your own pace during the week.
In the Light Tier, this weekly pacing is intentional. Rather than binging everything at once, you’ll have the chance to reflect, integrate, and gradually build confidence in applying what you learn. Many participants have found this rhythm deepens their understanding and makes the material stick.
In the Full Program, we meet again on Fridays at 10:30am AEDT for a 90-minute live lab. These calls are where the week’s teaching comes alive — through case applications, group discussion, and supervision-style practice. If you can’t attend live, recordings are provided.
This weekly rhythm — Monday learning, Friday practice (for Full) — ensures you stay steadily engaged, while still having space to integrate before moving forward.

FAQ
Yes. The Light Tier can be counted as self-directed CPD hours (depending on your association). The Full Program qualifies as active CPD with live hours for most professional bodies.
All live calls are recorded, and you’ll have access to replays. That said, the Full Program is most powerful when you’re present in real time, especially for practice and reflection.
Not at all. This training is about ethical and clinical integration, not about holding any particular spiritual belief. It’s designed for therapists across modalities, whatever your personal background.
That’s exactly what the Light Tier is for. You’ll still receive the frameworks, evidence, and essential tools — without the time commitment of live calls.
Yes. You’ll have the option to upgrade within the first two weeks of the program. After Week 2, upgrades close to protect the integrity and safety of the live container as we move into case studies and deeper application labs. If you choose to upgrade, you’ll simply pay the difference in tuition, and your access will expand immediately.
No — and that’s intentional. In the Light Tier, modules are released weekly (on Mondays). This pacing is designed to give you time to reflect and integrate each piece of learning, rather than rushing through everything at once. This slower rhythm will help to deepen your confidence and allow the material to become part of your practice, rather than just information you've “watched.”
If you’re looking for live calls and real-time application alongside the weekly modules, the Full Program may be a better fit.
